Colette Tasso
Colette is an incoming sophomore in NYC. She's currently interning with the Himalayan Children's Future Fund, where she's organizing a clothing and fundraising drive across the city, with a goal of raising $1,500 to help feed 40 children at an orphanage in Nepal for two months. She hopes to grow this into an ongoing effort, with more drives and donations to come. Kids have always had a special place in her heart, and getting to help these ones – even from thousands of miles away - means the world to her.
She hopes to visit Nepal herself one day and meet the children she's raising money for. When she's not organizing donation drives, Colette is usually writing songs. She's a singer/songwriter who dreams of releasing her music to the world one day. She's also a big sports fan - she plays tennis and golf, and is a die-hard Yankees fan who never misses a chance to catch a game. Whether she's on the court, at the piano, or in the stands at Yankee Stadium, Colette brings the same passion and heart to everything she does.
