Katherene Lundgren Katherene Lundgren is the Executive Director of the Himalayan Children’s Future Fund and recently returned from a trip to Kathmandu where she fell in love with the Himalayas and the people of Nepal - and especially with the children we support at the New Nepal orphanage. A serial entrepreneur, she was the Founder of Sugar Pine Cannabis Co., a premier cultivation center, as well as Andaluxia Tours in Spain where she led private retreats throughout the country and Minorca. She holds a MBA from the Universidad de Granada and a B.A. from DePaul University in Chicago. She resides in Reno, Nevada with her son, dog, and bunny. She loves to snowboard, travel, and plays a mean game of poker (with fabulous nails).
